All watches sold on our Time Tower website are backed by our MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Time Tower will fully refund any watch purchase within 14 days of receipt of your SWISS HAWAIIAN watch if it is in its original condition and has not been worn or damaged after shipment.

RETURN POLICY

Should your watch be damaged upon receipt, we will promptly refund your credit card. We can only refund shipping costs if the watch is damaged when you receive it or is not the watch you ordered. If your watch is damaged during shipment notify Time Tower immediately and save all packing materials.
